I'm going to hatch as many as I can and sell as many live birds as I can, trying to get up to 100 is my goal for the season.

excellent goal. Are you in an area that can support you? I am in a semi urban area, and when i do what you are doing, i get 20 bucks a bird at 14 - 16 weeks....
Makes a dent in your feed bill when you provide 100 birds. Great plan.
