1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I've had chickens since I was little, but I got my current chickens back in February.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
Currently I have five chickens andiwantmore
(3) What breeds do you have?
i'm not 100% sure on one, but I do know I have a Rhode Island Red, a Maran, a Silkie, and an Ameraucana.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I love how they all have their own personality and watching them is always a joy.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I love art and caring for my other many birds.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
Me, my father, and sister all care for the many pets. I have a few budgies, an amazon parrot, three ducks, a cockatiel, a dove, a quaker parrot, a turtle, a ton of fish (In a pond), and two quail. Yes, it is very noisy here and I'm sure the neighbors hate us.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I found this community while searching for ways to help my hen with bumblefoot. I just found out about this community, and it seems like a place where I can learn and share my own chickens. This place is a little confusing to work. I've never used something like this before, but I'm sure I can figure this out.
