Hello. I'm new to group..I've read posts for years and just joined..I need advice on gender..and not sure of breed..he or she is about 11 weeks old .

Welcome! The grey one looks like an easter egger and female but now and then they can throw you a curve. Especially when mixed with other breeds. I have one i hatched from an asian female and an EE male. Still no idea what it is. Just waiting till it lays an egg or not. Sometimes females will crow too. but i would bet that yours in female from the feathers. The little white one is a bit harder to see feather shape on. Not sure breed either but i would guess easter egger by leg color and head shape. Others are really good at it. Im sure they will chime in quickly. ^_^
They came from a farm.. definitely mixed breed. I've been at this for months and keep bringing roosters home . I'm very thankful the farm takes the roosters back. 3 attempts so far all roosters..my problem is I get very attached.. I love the roosters . I do hope I finally have some hens

Rusty pattern, to be sure.
But I see a pullet, particularly with that face.

Clear back photos would be good.
I agree, the rust color is fairly uniform and not only on the wings, I still think pullet, that's why I suggested maybe some wyandotte, BLR perhaps. mixed in.

You are so fortunate they will take the boys back! Hopefully these two are pullets! ☺

I see rounded feathers on the neck. That tells me pullet. Roos tend to have more pointed feathers there. But again mixed breed problems. On another thread there was a consensus that the poster had 3 roos and one pullet. They all laid eggs. Lol so no roos at all.
