Hello and Welcome To BYC! You could post pictures in the What Breed/Gender forum www.backyardchickens.com/f/15/what-breed-or-gender-is-this for help in figuring him out, at three weeks with a pink comb/wattle already would vote potential cockerel... is he a meat bird?

looks like a cockerel to me also. Is he a Cornish x meat bird? He is really filled out for 3 weeks.

Yes he is cornish and yes he's going on 4 weeks weve been feeding them horse pellets they love it plus some crushed corn all of them are spoiled.
