Hello I'm new

I have a duck who I believe at cat litter clumping kind. All she wants to do is be left alone to sleep. She is drinking and eating a little.. pooping fine mostly watery..what do I do

If there is a phone no. on the bag of cat litter call them and ask for their advice. Then call a vet and ask what he would recommend. I think the more the duck drinks the more the litter will expand inside him
