I had a picture there but it disappeared. Haha this is all Greek to me. The posting that is. I have had critters all my life and poultry now for five years.

As a kid, (long ago ) I had a human imprinted pet gander. When he was 3 or 4 I bought some goslings. Within a day he gravitated to their pen. Next day I turned them loose, and he decided that he was a goose, and these were his kids. He paired with one of the geese and they raised many broods of goslings.

Oh bob looks like frostbite!! I'm dealing with the same in my cockrel. Just a more mild case. I hope you can get him feeling better. There are super smart experts here that can help! Sorry I'm not one of them.

it does look like frostbite keep vaseline on it it often so it does not get worse do you have a window in the coop or a screen door of hardware cloth anyway to get better ventilation ?
