I live on the beautiful nth.coast of NSW Australia and I currently have 12 chooks. 4 are mixed breed from sussex, lohman brown and rhode island red, 3 are pure lohmans, 3 anconas and 2 araucanas. I will be adding some barnevelders later this year. I live on 8 acres so my chooks wander around wherever they want all day and put themselves to bed each afternoon. They are very spoilt and follow me around to get macadamia and pecan nuts through the day so I always carry a handful in my pocket.

G'day, and welcome to BYC! Glad you decided to join us from the land down under. Lohman Browns are one of many labels that hatcheries use in marketing Red Sex Links, and they are laying machines.
