Hello,

My name is Sam (Samantha) and I'm a mostly stay-at-home mom in NE Ohio. Every year I do a huge vegetable and flower garden and I love to can my own food and cook as much as possible from scratch. Chickens seemed like the next adventure!

I currently don't have chickens yet but will soon. We are trying to be a little bit further ahead in their coop first. 🙂

We are working on converting a shed on our property into their coop.

I'm thankful I found the BYC community as it has given me a lot of inspiration and information for our shed conversion.

I can't wait for our first eggs!
