(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? Yes, I just got my chicken a week and a half ago.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now? six!

(3) What breeds do you have?3 Sussex and 3 Orpington

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? knowing where my food comes from and how it is taken care of.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies? sewing, photography, wood working

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I am married to my husband of 15 years. We have three kids, ages: 15, 12, and 5.

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? :D I found this site on a google search trying to find ideas for coop ventilation.
