Hello, my chick had problems hatching yesterday and today I came out and I seen her legs. The right leg is up and the left leg is normal, pls help.

Its kind of similar to splay leg. Had a chick hatch like this and did the same treatment as splay leg and she made a full recovery.
Id recommend using toothpicks, with the ends cut off, and painters tape, as it’s more gentle, to make a splint connected to her other foot.
