I lost a hen to complications resulting from vent gleet. Treat it aggressively to try to clear her up.
I recommend daily baths to clean her backside, coat her skin under her vent with pine tar to protect it and start feeding the flock fermented feed to increase gut health. I would also treat with a vaginal anti-fungal cream.
Use a hoof tar. You don't take it off. It coats the skin and protects it from the vent gleet discharge. It will wear off with time.
