Our coop is 10x20! Half of the building is for lawn, garden and supplies. Other half is the coop. Plenty of room for everything.

I am seriously thinking about a half shed, half coop. Makes sense. Now I have more stuff to store. Lol

You be amazed what you can store on the other side of the coop. Straw for one thing and it will not get wet in the winter. Riding mower and garden tools and still we can add more to the list. The two sides have a door and then a main door. Hens and chicks have a chicky door. (dog door)
