I've just got 2 pekin bantams, they are lovely ladies, they are garden chickens, I'm new to all of this, albeit I am an avid researcher of all things , any tips for garden chickens welcome! Safety, not having your garden completely destroyed, plants to avoid, feed for small chickens.

Hello! Welcome to BYC! Offhand tomato plants are a no no! Tomatoes are fine but the plant no! Not sure about the plant it`s self but raw green beans are supposed to be another non no!

Chickens will destroy your garden slowly but surely. When I had both I put a fence around the garden to keep the chickens out and occasionally they would still get in, not eat the squash bugs, build giant dust baths and one even managed to hide a huge clutch there.
