Hi, I'm kinda new here. I've never posted anything before but I've been lurking for a while. I raise ducks, chickens, uh, two turkeys so far, and I'll be raising peafowl soon. I've only been personally raising them all for about a year and a half now, but my family has been raising chickens for maybe nine years. All the chickens are mostly for eggs and mostly considered as livestock, but all the ducks are my pets, even though they need to start paying their way soon. I do have three pet chickens. A four year old Ameraucana hen that miraculously escaped slaughter, her son(I think he's a boy) Alexander, that I have raised from an egg and he's about as imprinted as I can get him. And last but not least, a lovely, sweet, year and a half year old Cornish Cross rooster, who has had some health complications on the way, but I'm trying.
