Hello - new keeper and member from UK

After many years of saying 'I would really like some chickens' I bit the 'p'ullet and just over a month ago, our family extended to include 4 young bantams. Three of them are pekin, Mrs Perkins, Myrtle and Penguin and the last (my daughter's choice) a burmese/pekin cross called Autumn. They are around 16 weeks old and growing quickly. I guess we have some time to go before eggs however we've got them as pets with benefits.
Looking forward to sharing and learning more from you wise old birds out there :-)

Glad you could join the flock! Lovely flock you have there and some fabulous names for them too!! Waiting for those first eggs can seem to take an age but it's well worth it when you find the first one. Plus it never gets boring finding those little treasures everyday. I see you have posted over on the UK thread, see you there!!
