Hello, I just joined this wonderful website and am learning where to go and read. I have a question about worming your chickens. What kind of worming medicine do you use? We live in south central Texas and I want to be sure to have the worming medicine at home when the time comes.

I'm sure there will be some great debate about what is the best wormer, me personally I use Wazine, not saying it is the best, but that is what works for me and my flock. Everyone has their personal preference and you'll just have to figure out what you like and what works best for you.

Thank you for the warm welcome. I am sure I will receive different worming recommendations, but I am game, lol. I will have to see what is also sold in our area as well. Again, I am so happy to have such warm welcome and well it's easy to get addicted to the love of chickens.

I use apple cider Vinegar about 1 table spoon to every gallon
