Long time reader of BYC..have saved so many articles from pinterst & they have come in very useful..especially when I discovered vent gleek a couple years ago.
I have 30 in my flock of layers, from babies, hens and too many roosters. The breeds Orpington, Bared Rock, Rhode Island Red & Olive Eggers, who just laid their first eggs this week.
I get so much enjoyment from them & their unique funny personalities. I also raise cornish cross broiler chickens on pasture, usually around 80 at a time. We only do all organic & do our own processing as well.
Glad to be part of the group.
