Hello! New to chicken! And have some issues/questions!

I had wondered that myself....the lady I got them from said they were 2 and that they were great layers...but you never really know for sure. I hope they are just in shock. Cause I can at least fix that.
 
The Apple cider vinegar is a hit with the ladies! And my rhode island red has begun laying, the buff still arent there quite yet. Not sure why. But its a start!!!
 
Dang u got luckyer than me mine didn't lay for weeks after I got them they were free rang then went to my gf then got moved to my house but it finally happend I love my chickens never thoughti would but love this chicken thang welcome this place is great
 
I really am beginning to wonder if the buffs are ever going to lay....its been 3 weeks now and they seem very comfortable and happy and well taken care of.
