Hello! New to ducklings anyone have any advice on the following

At the very end, they've just starting doing this

They've stopped sneezing but they still sound like there is something in there, they have 3 different sized containers of water, I'm hoping to get a bigger one but I worry they will drown them selves

they are ducks, ducklings in then wild swim all the time!
