Hello--new to ducks! A zillion questions!

Oh, found a site that will teach you how to make a duck house similar to mine (although mine has a conical roof because of the rain. Plus it looks cuter.

It was sooooo cute, but we needed something bigger for housing 3 ducks

Huh. I didn't look too much into the design, but just decided to share because it reminded me of my coop. Mine fits my five ducks and two geese with plenty of room to spare. Anyway, congrats! You should post pics of your new additions when you get them.

Oh my goodness! How do they all fit? Or is it just for sleeping purposes only? Maybe I am misunderstanding, but a cable spool is about 3 feet in diameter, right?

Mine is about four feet. and they free range during the day, so its just for sleeping
