I'm located in the Quad City Area, between Iowa and Illinios, and greatly interested in backyard coops! I'm moving to Davenport this summer, and put together a small thing to get my sister and landowner/inlaw to agree to it! Except I heard that Davenport banned backyard chickens! At least, that's what I read earlier. The article was from last year so I'm calling the council to see their current situation.
