Colleen here- just looking for a nice community to share in my attempt to create a nice, safe life for my backyard Chickens & Duck friends. I’ve had chickens before and did well. Now gotta few new (5) chickens ( ordered hens ) Received 3 Hens and just found out 2 are roosters- great start ( too residential for them) found a nice gentleman to include them into his flock. Bought 2 Ducks, that’s been different, but I love them. However there’s my dilemma, have no idea if they are male or female. TS said Rouen ducks after that, . Would appreciate gathered wisdom from all. Hopeful to receive advice and help others from what I know.

How old are they? All Mallard-Derived Ducks can be voice sexed around eight weeks, males sound raspy, females QUACK.
