I'm just introducing myself here. I'm a first time chicken mama and am enjoying it immensely! My husband and I have 5 boys and we have 14 hens at the moment - 4 Leghorns, 2 Rhode Island Reds, 6 Austrolorps and 2 Ameraucanas. They are all the same age - we got them as chicks in April and our Leghorns and Rhode Island Reds are all laying pretty consistently. I've enjoyed reading the forums on this site for a while and look forward to learning more!
