I am a new to chickens. In Feb I was given 6 chicks for a present. Very happy to report they are all alive and doing well. Now if I could figure out if they are hens or roo's... I am hoping for hen's but can't tell.

Post clear photos showing head (comb area) and side view and post on the "what gender or breed is this" thread - at this age their opinions should be fairly certain

Good luck to you on your chick identifications. My little rooster is the sweetest little guy and my favorite. Dont know if you are allowed to keep a rooster or not but dont count the boys out yet
