Hi there I'm Bunsbabies! New to the chicken world but loving it! Been a horse/dog/cat girl my whole life and thought what the heck?? Right! As I sat in my chair one night with a dog on my feet a cat on my chest, holding a baby chick with 8 more peeping in a 100 gallon horse trough behind me...my husband looked around and then looked at me, was he really in total disbelief when my reply was WHAT?? I mean come on, it's not like he some stranger to all this!

Anyway, chicken rearing is going fast. We have their new buns brood about finished. They have been going out for short little outings until they poop themselves out! They really love it outside, I'm pretty sure it won't be long and we will love them outside too!

Nice to meet all you chicken peeps, love the site! Learning lots and love all the photos!
