Good morning, welcome to BYC!
Our Texas weather is too humid for misters. It just makes steam. (Think about how you feel after a light rain in very hot weather. ) I usually make mud in a shady area. Thow some cold water in a low spot, put a few meal worms there, and they will start scratching. This cools them off pretty quickly.
Watch for droopy wings and keep some electrolytes on hand, as well as Nutri-Drench for emergencies.
