Hi,

My name is Jef and I love chickens. There, I said it, boy do I feel better having that out in the open!!! Anyway, I grew up with chickens some layers and some fryers. I had the enviable chore of cleaning the coop every week! I enjoy it more now that I am older!

My wife and I have been married for 28 years now and we have had chickens on and off for most of that time. We have 13 Araucana, 3 Golden Lace, 3 Black Astrolorp, and 2 Rhode Island Red.
