Greetings everyone! New member and new to raising chickens. After much discussion, my family has finally made the leap to start our own flock for fresh eggs. We have our Rhode Island Reds and they are doing well. Our sons absolutely love having the chicks and can't wait to be backyard farmers! Looking forward to reading and learning on here!

Good to see that I am not the only non-traditional Realtor in Ohio. I get odd looks all the time from folks who discover I enjoy farm life in the same day I sell a luxury home, best of both worlds, am I right?
