Hello everyone! This is for you old-timers here at BYC. A LONG time ago when I was posting, I could swear saw this button that asked you how many posts you wanted until the thread was locked. You would enter a number, and it would supposedly lock it for you.

OK. Now that I got that out to you, I have to ask this: IS it true.
This was a long time ago, back in February of '07, So I don't know if this is true, or not.

I think that must be another site.Only the mods or Nifty can lock a post.

Agree..I don't think I've ever seen a feature like that on here.
