Hello everyone, I am new to all aspects of poultry. I have big plans but we will see how they go. I have lived with animals all my life but not really ever had poultry. I am wanting to get some laying hens for the eggs, some meat birds ( like to know where my meat has been), also really want to get into quail and other game fowl ( to sell the eggs and the birds). My family and I would love to be getting all of our meat from our stock in the next ten years. Knowing what has been done to the animals and what they were feed has become very important. Chickens and Quail are our first steps. Thanks to everyone who posts and who created this website.
