Can someone give me advise?
I have Sussex chicks that are getting sick and from what i found out on the web, it seams like it's Marek's disease.
they start off weak legged and collapse. we've been hand feeding them hoping they will recover. Been giving then apple cyder vinegar with their water.
no blood work has been done yet.
any suggestions?

I am so sorry your birds are struggling. I have never dealt with Mareks in my flock and I'm not sure there is a cure. I have heard of some homeopathic remedies like St John's Wort and such, but I am no expert. If any survive, they should be immune but you will always have a Marek's positive flock. I don't see the point in putting ACV in their water. Where did you get the chicks?
