new to site, seemed polite to introduce...
I have had chickens off and on my whole life (in late 30s) Recently we have moved to east coast from west coast and now have 19 chickens in our flock. We have a mix of heavy layers including buffs, leghorns, bards, wyandotte and a few others that I am still trying to figure out ... theres a lovely black one who we have no idea what type she is. I found this site online... i love to lacto ferment, raise other animals including my two toddlers who keep me very busy at home. we have a dog and cat and goats as well. i love gardening and also the most random hobby probably is that i love to do Acrobatic yoga. yes. never tried it with the goats but the kids and hubby love it. I am also an art therapist, but at the moment am a stay at home mom of two, and involve them in all my adventures.
