Hope you will check out the coops section for great ideas. Prefab coops generally will not hold up to daily use during the different seasons. Also they are claimed to hold a lot more chickens than what is safe and sanitary.
Rule of thumb - 4-5 sg. feet per bird in the coop excluding areas for nest boxes & roosts.
In the outdoor run, allow 10 sq.feet per bird. Chickens get very stressed when they are crowded., resort to bulling, feather pecking each other and in same cases cannibalism.
