Well we are up to 13 new chicks tonight!! We moved mama and her brood to the new coop and they are safe and sound tonight...

I think we all have at least one neighbor like that. You might try some electrified fencing around your coop and run. Usually the first time a dog encounters the hot wire, they do NOT come back.

After reading about the unneighborly neighbor, I thought the same thing. Electric fence, sounds like the best option.
