Wow, I'm sorry you had a Marek's outbreak... did you have a necropsy done to confirm that? If so, your surviving hen will be a carrier forever, and even if your new birds are vaccinated, that doesn't necessarily prevent future symptoms. You'll never be able to sell or rehome any of your birds and I hope you practice strict biosecurity. Even a trip to the feed store with the same shoes you wear in the chicken yard could spread it to others. Having lab tests done can help you decide how best to manage your flock. Best wishes!
