Hi everyone! I'm Lauren, and I am new to chickens. I do not have any of my own yet, but plan on getting some this summer. My mom has some, and I have fallen in love with them! I live in the city, so have to work through all the permit stuff. I happened up this group while looking for info, and I am happy I did!

I want to get 4 for now, and am looking to get 2 Buff Orpingtons, 1 Blue Copper Maran, and 1 Easter Egger.

I am married with 1 child, a little girl, who loves checking for eggs with her Mimi! She is excited to have chickens, too. I am a RN at a Neurosurgery office, and I also sell Pampered Chef. I also like to crochet, take walks, visit the local sites, and spend time with my family! I'm very excited to learn more about these feathered friends!
