Sounds like a really good dog. When I was young a neighbor had a long coated GS, beautiful dog. I thought they all looked like that.

Nice looking kid being so young you will have a wonderful guard there for them I would put money on it best part never correct harsh stern No if he he wants to chase you may know all this already beautiful boy you know I like the long coat gene in them

Thank you! Hes just 1 year and over 100lbs. Yep all I have to do is say no and he stops. I'm hoping he will guard them well.

Nice setup. My only question is the lack of visible ventilation. The roof eves in front and back are the ideal places to have open, and have hardware cloth in place to predator proof.
Post more Pix of your coop if those eves are actually open.

It will have good ventilation when its complete. I'm going to put windows in above the nesting boxes.
