Hi Vanessa, and :welcome glad you joined us. How lovely your husband came
home with them, and as soon as you saw them, you thought yep, time i was
a chicken Mama, lol Enjoy yourself, with them, and you will probably buy more
soon. lol Chicken maths as known on here. Like others have told you, you will
learn loads here, everyone is so helpful and friendly.:frow

Welcome :welcome Nice to have you here! Shelter, clean water and chicken feed for starters :) If they are laying either feed all flock and make sure they have free access to crushed oyster shells to supplement calcium as needed. Or feed layer feed, not for non laying chickens and roosters though. I always have a dish out even if feeding layer feed. Look them over for parasites, keep them confined to a coop and run for a week or two so they know where home is an where to roost at night (and hopefully lay eggs there).
