They are, but the rooster crows ALL DAY LONG!!! And his crow is the shrillest crow EVER! DO NOT get within 5 feet of him when he crows, it WILL break your ears.
Not even the hens like his crow. Once I saw him started to crow, but a hen older than him in pecking order have him a mean glare, and he stopped mid-crow!
Annoying Finn...

There's nothing like an obnoxious crower! But it makes them all the more interesting, it's 10:24 pm right now and one of mine is crowing,
