Hello and welcome to BYC! That's quite distressing to have someone steal your birds right out of your yard. Where in the world are you?

Central Florida. It was pretty upsetting, but unfortunately livestock thieves are a problem here... hopefully my situation will be much more secure soon.

I guess there are people that will steal chickens and anything else. They probably wouldn't be deterred by electrified fencing.
