Hey ya'll, I'm Shana, This is my 1st time on a forum like this. I've been begging my husband for years to get chickens, well I'm turning 38 tomorrow and he FINALLY agreed to it for my birthday. So here I am a new mom to 2 Rhode Island Reds, 2 Barred Rocks and 2 White Leghorns!! They turned 16 weeks on 3/23!! They are great and i couldn't be more excited about this new journey with them. As you can tell by the age, they are not laying yet, but will be by the end of April. The dog is still getting used to them, will take some training, but I think we will be ok. Shes just not sure what to think of them just yet. haha
