Hello all!
We have eleven laying chickens, one rooster, and two ducks. We just added four more from Tractor Supply's sale.
I helped build the coop, but this mainly my wife's project. I'm always interested in coop improvements and since we've started incubating eggs we've decided we could use some advice/help. Lo0oking forward to being a part of this forum.

Have you looked at shed to coop conversions? That is what I did and it worked out very well.
