I am a first time laying chicken owner. I have 5 barred rocks and 5 easter eggers. We have had them since they were chicks. They are not just starting to lay eggs. This is all a very new experience for our whole family!

I'm fairly new here as well, but welcome! I have had chickens in the past and recently decided to get them again. So fun! We also have barred rocks and Easter eggers. I'm really liking the barred rocks! So friendly. The Easter Eggers, not so much! They'd better lay some beautiful eggs, that's for sure!
