(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I am new to owning chickens. We had a hen show up in our yard and she made herself at home in the existing coop from the previous home owners. She almost immediately laid an egg. So I found three other hens nearby for sale and added them to the flock.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
4
(3) What breeds do you have?
3 are Easter egger hens and the other I think is a Novogen.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Their personalities crack me up.
