(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? I am brand new to chickens and will be getting some for the first time ever this week
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?Right now? 0. Later this week, 6-8 6 Easter Eggers!
(3) What breeds do you have? Hoping for Ameraucanas (actually Easter Eggers) and Sussex but will take what I can get at the farm store...
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? Eggs!
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Gardening, baking (see: eggs!)
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I have house bunnies, which very kindly provide lots of compost for my garden, I also have a 17-year-old corn snake; I foster bunnies for the bunny rescue and used to foster reptiles for the humane society
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? A friend told me this is THE best website for backyard chicken keeping on the whole internet
