(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I've been around chickens on and off for most of my life, but my family and I recently got chickens this spring. These chickens also belong to dreamofwinter.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
We have eleven chickens and three ducks.
(3) What breeds do you have?
We have 3 Buff Orpingtons, 3 Barred Rocks, 4 Dark Brahmas and a Blue-laced Red Wyandotte. Our ducks are a White Crested, Cayuga, and a Blue Swedish.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I love interacting with my chickens!
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I love art and birdwatching.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
In addition to our birds we have a dog and two cats.
