Hello everyone,

I've been getting advice from here for the last few months, and it's time I finally signed up Thanks for all the help so far!

My wife and I have been getting very into birding over the last few years. We just bought our first house in October, and then adopted 4 hens. Now we also have some ~6 wk old silkie chicks. We are absolutely nuts about birds!

It has been a great excuse to do some basic woodworking/building, with varying levels of success. I'm working on converting an extra shed into a coop for the babies now, and plan on adding an enclosed run after that.

advice put sone netting over the top of the enclosure keeps the birds in and overhead predators out, I learned the hard way loosing 2 birds to Owls
