(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? Their personalities, how they always want to be with me. They follow me throughout my property, I live on 4 acres. They free range and I’ve got them trained to come when I call.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Gardening, working on my house / property, playing music and sports.

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I’ve got two dogs, and a trio of hermit crabs. I work from home, in accounting.

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? :DResearching to find out how hard it would be to keep chickens full time. This forum has been a godsend.

Yeah, that happens to me a lot! Getting lost in all the articles and different forum topics. I love that I can save the different articles. I’m in the process of planning/building a hoop run that will either be 8x16 or 8x20. So the information has been wonderful! And that’s another reason I joined, if something goes wrong, I can ask for help. Which is really nice to have.
