Hi everyone I am new here but not new to the life of a chicken owner. We have been at it for 3 years now and I need to get some upgrades and expansion for there pre-fab TSC coop. I know I should have bought a shed but it is what it is. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to BYC, and good luck with the coop upgrade/expansion. Pre-fabs are generally not well made , and sometimes biting the bullet and converting a shed is better in the long run.

I would look on Marketplace for your area for a shed, or ice shanty if you live where people ice fish.

Here's our Coop Forum, where you can peruse thousands of coops. Some are stick-built, some are shed remodels, some are made from pallets and/or repurposed wood, etc.
