Hello! New to the group. Have had backyard chickens my whole life but have my first group of free range backyard chickens and am running into issues I never had when kept in a coop so I found this page! I have 2 blue laced red Wyandottes, 2 blue Plymouth rocks, and 2 buff orpingtons. They’re a little over 4 months old!

What issues are you running into? We free-range silkies and live in the boonies so have varments on all four sides of us. Knock on wood, our dogs, cats, wind spinners, and solar motion lights have saved us any losses in seven of the eight years we've had this place.
